Admission Requirements
- Original Report Card (Form 138) with no grade below 85%
- PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy and Original for verification)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) 2x2 ID Pictures with white background
Step-by-Step Process
- Step 1: Present requirements at the Registrar's Office for initial screening.
- Step 2: Secure and fill out the Enrollment Form.
- Step 3: Proceed to the Guidance Office for the interview and entrance assessment.
- Step 4: Submit the completed form and requirements to the Clerk.
- Step 5: Wait for the official Sectioning and Schedule release.
